WASHINGTON D.C. OFFICE**

Due to ongoing security concerns on Capitol Hill, all mail sent to my Washington, D.C. office is delayed. Unfortunately, this means all constituent mail sent to Washington, D.C via the U.S. Postal Service will likely experience a delay in receiving a response back from me of a few weeks.

The most efficient way for constituents to contact me is with e-mail via the Contact Zoe box below. If you do not have access to e-mail, or live outside of my district, you may also reach me via fax or phone at the contact information found below.

Please know that I give equal "weight" to every form of constituent communication... U.S. mail, handwritten notes, faxes, phone calls and e-mails.

Please Note: Because of the enormous volume of emails I have received from all around the world, I am not able to reply to e-mails from anyone outside California's 19th Congressional District.
