Rep. Lofgren Announces $150,000 Grant for Vietnamese Audience Development Initiative at San Jose Chi

Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren (D-San Jose) today announced the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose will receive a $150,000 grant as part of the Vietnamese Audience Development Initiative. The funding will be matched with a grantee match of $391,800.
“I am proud that San Jose is home to the largest Vietnamese population in America. Through the Vietnamese Audience Development Initiative at the Children’s Discovery Museum, the museum seeks to attract more Vietnamese visitors and provide exciting new opportunities to educate our community about diversity and culture,” said Rep. Lofgren. “I look forward to exploring the new exhibits throughout the Children’s Discovery Museum when they are completed.”
