(Washington, DC) — Today, NASA, in partnership with SpaceX, successfully launched the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Named for NASA's first chief astronomer, the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, or “Roman,” is NASA’s newest flagship observatory.
