Rep. Lofgren Announces Over $14.5 Million Grant to for Norman Mineta International Airport

Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D- San Jose) today announced San Jose will receive a $14,539,953 grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation to install guidance signs, rehabilitate taxiway and widen the taxiway at the Norman Y. Mineta International Airport.
"In order to assure that the Silicon Valley keep pace with growing demand and soar with the economy, we must have a reliable, efficient and secure transportation system," said Rep. Lofgren. "This money will help maintain safety and functionality, and help to meet the demands that are placed on our airport.”
