SAN JOSE, CA – Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-CA-19) announced today that the City of San José will receive $4 million in federal funding for the South Bay Water Recycling Program. The funding will go towards construction of infrastructure improvements expanding the water recycling program, including more than 20 miles of recycled water pipeline, two 2.75 million gallon storage reservoirs, and reliability improvements at the transmission pump station.
